The purpose of OASIS is to meet the needs of customers with complex integrated professional service-based requirements who cannot use, or find difficulty using, the MAS Schedules, Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), or other existing vehicles for a solution. Complex integrated professional services-based requirements are those that involve multiple professional services disciplines; involve significant IT components, but are not IT requirements; involve ancillary support services and supplies (commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs - ODCs); involve commercial or non-commercial services, or a blend of both or other circumstances.

This schedule offers performance of financial-related audits, performance audits, recovery audits, transportation audits, and contract audits in accordance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and non-GAGAS. Perform an independent assessment of an audited entity's financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles, financial information, adherence to financial compliance requirements and internal controls, or organization or program performance to identify areas for improvement.

This schedule offers Social Services, Professional Counseling and Veterans' Readjustment and Behavioral Health Services. Services include comprehensive employee assistance and related social and behavioral health counseling and readjustment services including, but not limited to, traditional EAP, vocational and psychosocial rehabilitation, physical/occupational/educational therapy and outpatient recovery; personal and family support, wellness coaching, psychotherapy, including homeless counseling and placement services, emergency response and social advocacy services, educational and public health program administration, service registries (employment, daycare, etc.); legal, benefit/compensation consultation in the areas of individual and family personal and financial enhancement. Provides Telemental Health counseling services which augments treatment and improves patient access using Telehealth channels. The NIH/NITAAC CIO-SP3 GWAC offers a wide range of IT solutions for all federal agencies but with a particular focus on health-related IT solutions. These IT services include, but are not limited to, health, health science and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. The contract also contains general IT services partly because healthcare systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation. The Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC) is used to provide strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services, to facilitate the modernization of CMS business processes and supporting systems. It is available to all components within the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and all Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions to procure IT System development services, from end to end. The MIDS contract is used to develop outcome, process, structural, cost and composite quality measures that are reflective of quality care across a wide range of health care settings.
