Tia Dillow

Tia Dillow is a national vice president on the consultant relations team at Optum. She puts her extensive sales and client management experience to work in the evolving world of employer benefit strategy.

As their lead Optum partner, Dillow develops and manages relationships with key global consulting firms. She focuses on population health strategies driven by data analytics, proactive well-being and digital strategies, care management, financial well-being, behavioral health and more.

Through education and communication strategies and interfacing with key consultants and thought leaders, Dillow positions Optum as a leading health services provider. She also collaborates with our new business development and client management teams on client and consultant strategy.

Prior to joining Optum, Dillow was an account vice president and senior strategic account executive for UnitedHealthcare. She developed client-specific strategic planning, including financial and clinical program performance and strategy.

Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Dillow spent several years with Florida Blue in both sales and account management roles.
