Cathy Speck

Cathy specializes in guiding health plans in the development of digital experience and automation capabilities. Her teams are responsible for designing and building digital solutions, including digitally enabled member and provider experiences.

Cathy gained more than a decade of strategy consulting and transformation experience with Accenture, where she was a leader in the health practice. She led several large strategic transformations, shaped digital strategies and created innovation capabilities for clients.

She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor’s in business administration with distinction from the University of Michigan.
