ING Group is a global investment and financial services company. As part of its 2017 Financial Markets Sales strategy, they developed WQ: Wellbeing Quotient. The goal was to improve employees’ mental and physical wellness through better sleep, nutrition and exercise.

- Improved Health Scores by 28 points, on average, from 570 to 598 points
- Inspired 73 percent of employees to engage in it
- Was recognized by international press, ING stakeholders, clients and families
